Responsibilities

  • To Manager Enrolments  in the  interpretation , implementation  and evaluation of academic processes with emphasis on  enrolment Compliance, advanced standing compliance and  Completion compliance
  • To assist Enrolments Manager in managing the student Progression (show cause) process, campus transfer and inter-campus exchange program
  • Make sure that the data and articulation register is correct and updated in a timely manner
  • Responsible for generating various reports.
  • Responsible for monitoring ELPP and Foundation progressions and oversight of their graduation in the respective courses.

Key selection criteria

  • Minimum a recognized Bachelor Degree
  • Working to a restricted timeframe to complete a significant amount of processing
  • Should have worked in a university environment and should have had supervisory experience in people oriented environment
  • Good understanding of the application of Technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
