Due to the continuing success of the business programs and the increasing demand for graduates in this field, we are now seeking suitable candidates for the position of Adjunct  Lecturer/Tutor (Part-time teaching faculty) for the following disciplines:


  • Economics
  • International Trade
  • Management
  • Human Resources
  • Banking & Finance
  • Digital Marketing
  • Data Analytics in a range Business Subjects
  • Tourism and Hospitality Management


The appointees will be experienced academic / faculty members and will be responsible for teaching and supervision in post/graduate courses in Business.  Applications are invited from candidates with a masters (postgraduate) qualification.


  • Contribute to curriculum development and teaching.
  • Subject delivery, writing and marking assessments.
  • Supervision of research projects.
  • Significant contribution to the profession, and/or discipline
  • Attend various development and training workshops
  • Participate in regular teaching & learning and discipline meetings.

 Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum a Master qualification in relevant discipline.
  • A substantial publication record relative to career stage.
  • Evidence of quality teaching and supervision of students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • The ability to teach across a range of subjects at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relations with colleagues in an academic environment and with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent academic communication and student centric approach.


  • Membership in professional bodies and associations
  • Research publication track record especially in peer reviewed journals
  • PhD qualification in the subject specialization
  • Willing to volunteer time with student life activities on campus
