The Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) is also fully accredited with ACECQA, the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.

SESSIONAL LECTURERS – EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION (Part-time)
We are currently seeking experienced and qualified teacher educators who will be responsible for teaching into our Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) programme. We invite applications from candidates with a background in early childhood education. Experience in tertiary teaching is highly desirable.
Contribute to our Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) through undergraduate teaching;
Assist with the administration of the course including assessment and moderation, and provide written evaluative and formative feedback on student work in a timely manner;
Provide student consultation on coursework matters;
Communicate effectively with students and other academic staff.
Key Selection Criteria:
Minimum Masters-level qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline;
Evidence of quality teaching and assessment across a range of education subjects at the undergraduate level;
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relations with colleagues in an academic environment and with people from diverse backgrounds;
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
