CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Institutional Partnership Management
Administer established processes and procedures for institutional partnerships
Ensure accurate and timely updates are made to centralised institutional partnership database and tracking sheets.
Provide administrative support for establishing new institutional partners e.g. preparing agreements for study abroad/ exchange/ articulation/ dual degree partnerships.
Execute approved partners engagement strategies to maintain active relationship with institutional partners
Track and monitor expenses to ensure operations are within the established budget for each activity
Short Programs
Assist in conceptualising and developing short programs with various university departments and industry partners and student bodies for international students.
In charge of logistics planning and arrangements for short programs
Lead the execution of short programs and ensure programs are executed in a professional manner
Oversee the administration and compliance of short programs
Use management template to report on program finances and conversion rate and proposed improvement measures
Assist in designing, conducting and reviewing program satisfaction survey completed by participants, lecturers and industry partners
Marketing Support
Assist in conceptualization and production of promotional materials relating to international management and short programs e.g. factsheets/ flyers/ booklets/ websites/ etc.
Provide marketing support for organising and assistance in hosting visits by institutional partners or industry partners.
Conduct market research for international management and short programs as and when assigned to
Ad-Hoc project or duties
Perform ad-hoc duties and/or other duties as assigned by Senior Manager and/or HOD
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor level degree with a marketing major (preferred)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Experience in administration and educational marketing at entry level
Working with networks and a diverse group of clients
Experience at tasks which requires high level of communication skills with people from various cultural background
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS
Work as a team member with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a diligent, organised and methodical manner Ability to analyse and interpret information
Possess great initiative and ability to prioritise and work tight timelines

Annual Remuneration: SGD 36,000 - SGD 59,000
