Executive, Projects (Building)

·           Responsible for monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that projects deadlines are met in a timely manner. 

·           Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

·           Developing project tasks as required with the Senior Executive/Manager. 

·           Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

·           Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

·           Create a project management calender for fulfilling each goal and objective.

·           Assess projects risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. 

·           Work closely with the Facilities team and relevant stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to the daily activities of the school during the course of the project works. 

·          Ensure vendors and workers comply to the regulatory and EHS requirements. 

Key selection criteria

·           Diploma in project/construction/facility management with experience in managing A&A works and improvement works in existing buildings. 

·           Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in office/educational institution environment.

·           Must be able to work shifts and weekends.

·           Good standard in MS Office.

·           High level of initiative and independence.

·           Able to multitask and deliver results in a fast paced environment.

·           Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and work effectively both independently and within a team.
