Executive Human Resources (Contract 5.5 months - ASAP)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to eHR digitization projects
  • Assist in preparation of Employee P files, HRIS and administration related duties
  • Assist in recruitment process, applications and documentation
  • To maintain updated files on process documents
  • Data Entry and scrubbing of staff systems information
  • Ensure all submissions contain information and approvals as required
  • To ensure a smooth end to end on-boarding process
  • To assist in administering employee orientation programs and required documentation including induction checklist, feedback, on the job training,
  • Provide support and assistance on relevant statutory compliance requirements.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as directed by JCU Singapore

Key selection criteria

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Relevant education industry experience with high degree of detailed and repetitive work advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • Trustworthy, discreet and confidence inspiring
  • Able to multitask and deliver results within a set timeframe
  • High initiative and energy levels

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
