Duties

(a) Manage research projects

(b) Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on assigned research areas

(c) Manage data collection, including:

• Liaising and working with partners to secure, manage and administer the relevant assessment tools on the pool of study participants;

• Travelling to field sites for implementation monitoring and data collection;

• Creating templates and coding schemes for data entry/collection;

• Compiling data, ensuring completeness and accountability of data entered;

• Monitoring fieldwork progress

(d) Conduct data analysis, including:

• Analyzing and organizing research data

• Preparing and presenting research findings

(e) Provide general administrative support, including:

• Filing and archiving relevant data and material for future reference;

• Planning and coordinating relevant project meetings; and

• Assisting with any other day-to-day administrative duties for the studies

(f) Prepare technical reports

 

Key Selection Criteria:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in related field
  • Qualitative and quantitative research skills, a must.
  • Prior experience as a Research Assistant is advantageous.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
