Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic planning and performance framework for the Singapore Campus.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against strategic objectives.
Collaborate with process owners to produce and maintain KPI dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Oversee the development of standardised data definitions and methodologies across departments to ensure consistency and alignment.
Implement best practices in data governance to enhance data accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
Lead the integration of business intelligence tools to support robust data analysis and reporting.
Manage data submissions for QS and THE rankings to strengthen the University’s global standing.
Conduct benchmarking against leading universities to identify best practices and drive performance improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance rankings and improve external perception.
Lead initiatives to integrate AI and data analytics for predictive modelling in student enrolments, early intervention, and resource allocation.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to enhance institutional performance and strategic planning.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the University.
Requirements:
A postgraduate degree in business, data analytics, public policy, education management, or a related field
More than 10 years of extensive experience in strategic planning, institutional performance management, or data governance, preferably within a higher education environment.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Expertise in business intelligence tools, data analytics, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated experience in institutional rankings, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change in a complex organisational environment.
Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
