This position will assist the Manager in providing administrative support for student recruitment, helping to achieve annual enrolment targets while also supporting student applications and processes. The role will work in tandem with teams, recruitment, and management to position JCU Singapore as the preferred university.
Responsibilities
• To provide accurate and timely advice regarding admission requirements and program benefits to internal and external parties.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in order to generate leads in order to increase the number of students.
• Contributes to team / shared goals actively, and proposes ideas/solutions that can be supported by the majority of colleagues.
• Provide timely processing of all new student applications, which includes submissions to Academics for assessment, the issuance of the CPE-Student Contract and Letter of Offer, the processing of the ICA student pass application, and the processing of student finance applications.
• Maintain the Agent profile, ensure that the student application documents and data are updated.
• To provide accurate and timely advice regarding admission requirements and program benefits to internal and external parties.
• Maintain and update management reports on the performance of the team.
• Ensure that new student applications are kept up-to-date.
• Performs data analysis with support and guidance.
• Supports team members in achieving their goals by sharing workload equally and accepting joint responsibility.
• Establishes action plans that guide the work of the team and clearly communicates deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization, and engage people from different levels and across cultures.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and/or other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Key Selection Criteria
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in the education/recruitment industry.
• High level of communications skills in English
• Team player with a strong commitment to a team approach
• Able to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to work across multiple teams and support various business.
• Pro-active attitude and constantly strive to improve work efficiency
• An interest in evaluating, exploiting and pushing the use of new technologies
• Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships.
Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
