Responsibilities
Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics related to compensation, benefits, workforce planning, and employee trends.
Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to support business strategies.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and reports.
Partner with business leaders to translate data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making.
Support the development of predictive analytics models for workforce planning and talent management.
Oversee salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Develop and administer salary structures, bonus plans, and incentives in alignment with company policies.
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct periodic reviews and audits of compensation and benefits policies to ensure equity, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and retention strategies.
Ensure HR systems and reporting tools are optimized to support compensation and benefits analytics.
Maintain compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Support HR audits by providing accurate data and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
Work closely with Finance, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless administration of compensation and benefits.
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants on benchmarking studies and benefits administration.
Support senior management with ad-hoc reports and analysis related to workforce costs and planning.
Key selection criteria
A university degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, or HR Workforce Reporting.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel skills is preferred.
Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and survey participation.
Good understanding of local labour laws and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
