We are seeking an experienced and hands-on marketing leader to join our team as Manager International Marketing. Reporting to the Deputy Director International Marketing, this position is responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating closely with Recruitment teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that support international student recruitment objectives. The role combines people leadership with deep digital marketing expertise, providing strategic direction and practical guidance across digital platforms, marketing technologies, content and campaign optimization to drive brand awareness, student engagement and enrolment growth across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated international marketing strategies that support student recruitment objectives across Singapore and Australia campuses.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment teams to understand market priorities, recruitment targets and campaign requirements across key international markets.
  • Provide strategic direction and marketing expertise on marketing campaign planning, audience segmentation, channel selection and messaging strategies.
  • Continuously review campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments and optimization opportunities based on market insights and performance data.
  • Supervise and support the team hands-on leadership across digital marketing channels including paid search, social media, websites, email marketing and content marketing activities.
  • Oversee the development and production of marketing assets, including creative design, digital and print collateral, promotional merchandise, videos and campaign materials to support recruitment and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide direction on content strategy, creative concepts and brand storytelling to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all marketing channels.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SSG, EduTrust, and institutional policies.
  • Prepare regular reports and marketing insights for management review.
  • Work closely with Recruitment, Admissions, Academic and other internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities effectively support student recruitment objectives.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by management

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4-6 years' experience in digital marketing, international marketing or student recruitment marketing, including experience leading and developing teams, preferably within the education sector.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and optimization.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, social media and SEO, preferable with  knowledge in Chinese social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret campaign and user data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to coach, influence and motivate a team.
