Responsibilities:

• Assist Future Students Department to follow up on the actions and requests by the Partnership Universities in China
• Process the documents in terms of MOU/Articulation Agreements with Partnership Universities
• Maintaining a positive and professional working relationship with all the Partners Universities in China
• Conduct the Partner Universities course curriculum mapping exercise for Advanced Standing.
• Collaborating with other departments in assessment and other exercises to support the development of partnership universities
• Communicating and collaborating with Marketing and Branding to support Partnership Universities
• Provide ongoing updates and reports on the success of Universities Partnership and student outcomes
• Provide data analytics, statistical analysis and relevant strategic recommendations for the University Partnerships and outreach
• Provide marketing intelligence on marketing opportunities
• Coordinate and conduct market research and analysis to ensure the marketing activities are effectively informed, engaged and the influence on prospective students

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience
• High-level communication skills, English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
• Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships
• Deep understanding of culture and business protocols in China
• Skills in Microsoft Office software

Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 4,000
