Responsibilities:

• Assist for enquiries and support the conversion process. Respond to phone call, email, walk-in and other enquiries received.
• Provide timely processing of all new student applications, which includes submissions to Academics for assessment, the issuance of the CPE-Student Contract and Letter of Offer, the processing of the ICA student pass application, and the processing of student finance applications.
• Maintain the Agent profile, ensure that the approved agent list are up to date and align with the website.Generate commission database and submit to Finance.
• Assist to maintain and update management reports on the performance of the China Team. Ensure that new student applications are kept up-to-date.
• Establishes action plans that guide the work of the team and clearly communicates deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and/or other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum at least 2 years of relevant working working experience.
• Excellent and effective written and oral communication and presentation skills. Conversant in both English and Mandarin.
• Well-developed skills in networking and building relationships. 
• Understanding of culture and business protocols in China.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and support various business.
• Familiarity with WeChat, Weibo and Baidu platform capabilities, dashboards and tools.

Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 3,000
