Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation and assisting with orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, events, and training sessions.
• Support in reviewing data across various HR systems for accuracy and reporting purposes.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports, surveys, and presentation materials.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute ideas to enhance staff experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations in all tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
