Job Purpose:
To execute and maintain the effectiveness of corporate administration, cost effective business practices, delivery of quality customer services and promotion of EHS to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provide Corporate Administration support services

  • Assist to organize and schedule meetings with specific service providers.
  • Preparation of assigned service providers’ meeting minutes
  • Manage and issue of Staff Pass, Access Cards and Car decals
  • Attend to email, telephone and face to face enquires
  • Assist to provide corporate administrative support for the organisation

Management of service providers

  • Assist in managing service providers - Security, Access Card system, CCTV
  • Ensure appointed service providers provide required services in accordance with Agreement
  • Perform regular inspection on appointed service providers and highlight accordingly if abnormality were found  

Management of office and pantry supplies

  • Monitor and replenish low stocked office and pantry supplies (i.e. Office stationeries, First Aid Boxes, etc.)
  • Perform procurement process of low stocked office and pantry supplies in accordance with organisation procurement policy.
  • Assist in verifying and receiving of Goods including submission of expenses in the Finance system

Provide support in all EHS matters

  • Collate and update all EHS related data (i.e. utilities, paper, etc)
  • Assist in promoting all EHS efforts and events to all stakeholders
  • Appointed as a member in EHS committee and provide the necessary support to the Chairman and Secretary
  • Assist in document preparation for internal and external Audits (i.e. ISO45001, etc)
  • Comply and adhere to the regulatory and EHS requirement and standards such as ISO14001, ISO45001, OHSAS18001.

Criteria:

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities and EHS equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant EHS related experience, preferably with some building sustainability experience
  • Good knowledge of corporate administration and EHS matters
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-tasked and prioritize works
  • Able to work independently
  • Good working attitude and compliant oriented

Annual Remuneration: SGD 30,185 - SGD 50,000
