Manager Human Resources - Talent Acquisition and HR Operations

The HR Manager will lead Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and overseeing HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for academics and professionals.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
    • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
    • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
    • Update and manage the recruitment portals and related systems such as Job descriptions
    • Oversee and update approved manpower planning activities.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of talent acquisition
  2. HR Operations:
    • Oversee HR operations, including employee records management, HRIS maintenance, and compliance with labour laws.
    • Implement and manage recruitment policies and procedures.
    • Handle employee departures and provide guidance on HR matters.
    • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  3. Reporting and Analytics:
    • Analyze recruitment and HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Assist the HR team in consolidating relevant reports, statistics, and data for audits, accreditation, and other requirements.

Key selection criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
