We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as Regional Manager Student Recruitment (Domestic Market). This position reports to the Deputy Director International Recruitment and is responsible for leading and executing domestic student recruitment strategies in Singapore. The position plays a key role in achieving enrolment targets, strengthening institutional brand presence, and improving conversion performance across key local student segments, irrespective of their residency status.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of domestic student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment and growth targets in the Singapore market.
Drive outreach and engagement initiatives with local schools, junior colleges, polytechnics, private education providers, and community organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic stakeholders, including schools, education partners, corporate organizations, and community groups.
Oversee lead generation activities and strengthen conversion pathways from enquiry to enrolment.
Supervise and support the recruitment team in managing prospective student enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up to maximize conversion outcomes.
Oversee application processing activities, including admissions assessment, issuance of Letters of Offer, student contracts, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SSG, EduTrust, and institutional policies.
Monitor recruitment pipelines, analyze conversion trends, and implement strategies to improve performance.
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
Coordinate domestic outreach activities such as open houses, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to ensure alignment of recruitment activities and student experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity across recruitment processes.
Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Key Selection Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, education marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the Singapore education sector.
Strong understanding of the Singapore domestic education landscape and student pathways.
Proven track record in achieving recruitment or sales targets in a competitive environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing or supporting teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and pipeline management.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft , and digital recruitment tools.
Strong commitment to compliance, service excellence, and student-focused outcomes.
